Restrictions

Due to the ongoing Covid -19 situation we have put in place a number of additional measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff and customers. These measures are inline with the current government guidance on pubs opening and their continued operation. Please see below for further information.

Visiting us

There is no need to book in advance, tables will be available on a first come, first serve basis. If you feel unwell we ask you do not visit us …

On Arrival

​

A hand sanitiser station has been provided inside the front door. We will ask all customers to use hand sanitiser on arrival.

​

A member of staff will greet you at the door show you to your table.

​

Please sign into the venue using the NHS track and trace QR code. Alternatively paper and pens are available at the door for you to provide details including name, contact number and email address. You can then place this into a locked ballot box, without the need to show staff the details. This is to aid with the NHS’ Track and Trace system. The Information provided will be kept in a locked ballot box before being transferred to a secure safe. This information will be kept securely for 21 days before being destroyed. We will not use any of the information for any other purpose.

During

We have removed a number of tables in order to allow social distancing measures to be adhered to. We ask all customers to be aware of the need for social distancing throughout their stay and to be respectful of other staff and customers.

We are operating a one-way system for entrance and exit of the pub. There will be clear signage showing which doors are to be used. This includes people going outside to smoke or for any other reason.

We have added locks to each of the Ladies and Gents toilets. This is in order to make sure that everyone is kept safe whilst using the facilities. Only one person will be able to use each of the toilets at any one time. The keys will be located at the end of the bar and can be accessed at all times by customers. A hand sanitiser station is located next to the keys and we ask that this be used before and after the use of the toilet. The keys will be sanitised after each use. The normal hand wash facilities are also available within the toilets.

We have added to our already comprehensive cleaning programme to keep the pub, our customers and staff as safe as possible. This includes enhanced cleaning of surfaces, the bar and the toilets.

We will have additional sanitiser points within the space for customer and staff use. All surfaces and touch points will be regularly cleaned.
